Shipping policy
Please allow up to 14 business days for all orders to process.
(Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays)
You will NOT receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.
Items in stock take 2-3 business days for shipping.
If the desired item is not in stock, it can take 2-3 weeks before receiving your order. You will receive a Track and Trace code in your e-mail inbox once your order is ready to ship.

Please do not request tracking information or updates on your order unless the appropriate processing time for the order has passed, which is the amount of time you agreed to when order was placed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after order has been processed.

Ready to ship orders ship out within 2-3 business days.
After an order is in the hands of POSTNL, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
