RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY:

In accordance with the nature of our products and federal health regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, we do offer a 7-day exchange policy in the event of an error on our part. You have a 7-day window from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange. We will make every effort to promptly address and resolve any such issues. To qualify for an exchange, the item MUST remain in its original condition, including being unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please refrain from combing, brushing, or washing the hair. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items on sale.
