2: How is Raw Hair Sourced?

Our Raw hair is typically sourced from Vietnam, where individuals who have never chemically treated their hair. Donors voluntarily provide their hair, and it is collected in a way that preserves its natural texture and integrity.

3. How many Bundles do I need? 

12"-16" 2 Bundles

4: What Are the Advantages of Using Raw Hair?

5: How Do I Care for Raw Hair?

  2. Gently detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers.
  3. Avoid excessive heat styling to prevent damage.
  4. Store the hair properly when not in use, preferably in a silk or satin bag.
  5. Avoid over using oil based products, as they create build up

6: Can Raw Hair be Colored or Styled?

Yes, raw hair can be colored, styled, and treated just like natural hair. It provides the flexibility to achieve various looks. However, it is important to note that coloring and chemical treatments can potentially damage the hair.

Hair dye contains chemicals such as ammonia and peroxide that can strip the hair of its natural oils and moisture. Hair coloring can weaken the hair shaft, reducing its elasticity which can lead to dryness and roughness, making the hair more prone to breakage and tangling.

7: How Long Does Raw Hair Last?

The lifespan of raw hair depends on how well it is cared for. With proper maintenance, it can last anywhere from three years or even longer.

8: Can I Return or Exchange Raw Hair Products?

As raw hair is a natural product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact our customer service for assistance.
