Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies only to bundles that are bought from our IN STOCK products.

Products must be:

  • Unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Free from damage, tampering, or signs of use
  • Seals (if applicable) must be unbroken (e.g., on hair extensions for hygiene reasons)

Custom-made, customized or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., opened hair extensions) cannot be returned.

If you experience any dissatisfaction with your order, please complete the resolution form below so we can assist you.

Refunds

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of their return.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving your return or return proof.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping or pickup costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the package reaches us.
