Tressence – Processing & Shipping

 All Sales Are Final

Everything on the website you order, is a pre-order. This means the order has been tailord and customized to your preferences. (If you want to know if a product is in stock, please contact us before ordering). All products purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any items purchased during promotions, discounts, or sale events. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than an issue caused by us.

Order Processing

We stand for a smooth and fast delivery. We will do anything in our hands to make sure that your order is being taken care of swiftly upon arrival at your door.

  • All orders are custom items. This means that the process can take 7 up to 14 business days, depending on product availability and customization.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • For in-stock items, shipping in the Netherlands takes place within 2–3 business days. For outside The Netherlands please check 'Worldwide Shipping below. If you want to know if a product is in stock, please contact us before ordering.
  • You will receive a Track & Trace code via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Processing Time & Communication

Please do not send messages requesting updates during the stated processing time. You will receive shipping updates once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not received any updates after the full processing time has passed, you are welcome to contact us for assistance.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally using trusted carriers such as POSTNL, DHL, UPS, or other local partners depending on the destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • USA/Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Tressence is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs processing
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after dispatch
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying new shipping fees for reshipment.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country.

These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery, if applicable.
